Micro Control Company

Since 1972, Micro Control has been an industry leader in the semiconductor testing industry, providing unique solutions and producing systems for burn-in testing. Over the years, Micro Control Company has been the first to bring these innovative designs to market, carving a niche for itself as the test with burn-in company. In 2025, the company decided it was time to refresh their primary logo mark and I was honored to explore the next iteration of the brand.

Early Stage Concept Sketches

With over 40 years of experience, Micro Control’s logo had already evolved throughout the generations. Shown at left are the previous versions used throughout their history.

When designing the new logo mark, it was important to preserve some aspects of the existing appearance for brand recognition and prevent deviating to a completely new symbol.
